Seriously Out of Whack!

Today is one of those really lazy, "I just want to stay in bed all day" kind of days!  Here I am on my 

laptop catching up with Facebook, I have the t.v running in the background, the kids are upstairs doing their own thing. (Teenagers on Winter Break...OMG!) The hubby is in bed with a stomach ache -think it may have been food poisoning and last but not least here I am...going stir crazy.  Crazy to figure IT ALL OUT! Yes, you heard me correctly. I am determined to figure this LIFE out even if it makes me crazy! 

While there are quite a few areas in which I need to figure out such as, raising teen-agers, small business operation, taking care of aging parents, saving for retirement and saving the planet, I think the most important of them all is finding out what the heck I was put on this earth to do! It is quite possible I am entering into a mid-life crisis! 

My Mind is now OUT OF CONTROL!

            

So remember when I said I was determined to figure IT ALL OUT? I am going to take baby steps here...I am a realist after all and nothing happens over night! Brain is on overload from getting a work checklist going for the hubby, doing chores list for the kids (while they are on vacation I must maintain control and assign duties!)

Currently, I am looking for employment opportunities that will allow me to work from home.  Although my previous career was an online position, the company I worked for did not offer its employees a work from home opportunity.  I had to make a very difficult decision and left my employer of 10 years and come of up with some clever ways of my own.

I have come to a cross roads in my life that has lead me to choose the care and well-being of my family over my career. My mother suffers from several medical disorders and has been in and out of the hospital several times this year and my father also needs looking after time to time.  I am among the population in which care for not only our own children, but now have become a caregiver to our aging parents.

I have tried several different ways to make money here and there to help bring some income and contribute to the family. From working data entry, virtual admin work and also helping my husband but still didn't make enough and assignements aren't a steady. (He is self employed contractor- ready for hire!) :) Anyway, back to me!

             

If anyone knows of any companies that are a legit work from home --- please, please, please share.
